Your Vietnam e-Visa payment will be confirmed via email after it has been made.

Although the payment confirmation may take up to two hours, according to the payment service provider, if it is delayed any longer, we advise contacting them to find out what's going on.

Note: To avoid being charged twice, make sure you have confirmation that your last payment was either cancelled or unsuccessful before making another one. Therefore, wait for the confirmation and then, if the payment doesn't go through, try again.

Can I enter Vietnam at a port of entry other than the one shown on my e-Visa?

The port of entry you selected on the application, which is also noted on the issued Visa document, is the only one you are permitted to use to enter Vietnam, under the regulations of the e-Visa.

Although it is possible to enter Vietnam through an airport other than the one designated on your Vietnam e-Visa without incident, you should strive to avoid doing so because you risk being denied boarding by an airline. The most frequent issue is that, even if you do manage to board the aircraft, the immigration official at your destination will ultimately determine whether you are permitted to continue or not.

In order to avoid any problems, we advise you against travelling to an airport or land border other than the one you selected, as much as things may go well for you.

To sum up, if you anticipate that your travel plans may change, it is best to designate one of the airports in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, or Da Nang as your port of entry. These airports receive the majority of frequent international flights, ensuring that you can enter there even if you need to book a flight at the last minute.
